**Job Summary**

Turnaround Welding Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Welder Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our welders and ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist welders in fabrication activities, including flagging, firewatch, and confined space attendant duties.
  • Provide labor support to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

**Requirements**

  • Current TWIC Card
  • At least three years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and lifting

**Working Conditions**

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, humidity, and weather conditions. Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves, and steel-toe boots.
