Job Summary:

Turnaround Welding Services is seeking a skilled Helper/Laborer REPCON to assist with construction activities on our fabrication site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting other crafts and jobsite personnel in various tasks, including flagging, Firewatch, confined space attendant, labor support, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist other crafts and jobsite personnel in construction activities
• Perform flagging and Firewatch duties as required
• Work as a confined space attendant and provide labor support
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

• Current TWIC Card
• Three or more years of experience in a related field
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Working Conditions:

• Work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
• Exposure to various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind
• Must be able to work at heights up to 300 feet with proper fall protection
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
