Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Support Specialist to join our team at Turnaround Welding Services. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will assist in various construction activities, including flagging, Firewatch, confined space attendant, labor support, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist other crafts and jobsite personnel in construction activities
  • Perform flagging, Firewatch, and confined space attendant duties
  • Provide labor support and housekeeping services
  • Work with others and serve as a team player
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors

Requirements

  • Current TWIC Card
  • Three or more years of experience in a related craft
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting

Working Conditions

  • Work at heights up to 300 feet using proper fall protection
  • Work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three or more years of experience in a related craft

License and Certifications

  • Current TWIC Card
