Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and offering solutions to meet their needs.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Engage customers in our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, promoting loyalty and driving sales.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store recovery efforts, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Support shrink and safety initiatives, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
