Job Summary:
The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to newborns and their families in our Level 3 NICU. Responsibilities include routine procedures, admission, discharge, consults, and attending deliveries. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with board-certified neonatologists to provide exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine procedures and care to newborns in the NICU
- Assist with admission, discharge, and consults as needed
- Collaborate with neonatologists to develop and implement patient care plans
- Attend deliveries and provide postpartum care
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and NNP certification
- Experience working in a Level 3 NICU
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts
