Pediatrix is seeking experienced, certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to provide per diem coverage at Odessa Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will work in a busy level 3 NICU, collaborating with board-certified neonatologists to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Provide routine procedures in the NICU, including admission, discharge, and consults
Attend deliveries and work closely with neonatologists to ensure comprehensive care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Qualifications
Current APRN national specialty certification
Minimum of a master's degree
Recent NNP experience required
TX license or active compact state license required
