About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Odessa Regional Medical Center in Odessa, Texas. As a key member of our NICU team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with board-certified neonatologists to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine procedures in the NICU, including admission, discharge, and consults
- Attend deliveries and work closely with neonatologists to ensure comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Requirements:
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master's degree
