- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure alignment with business strategic requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve pharmacy operations and customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
- U.S. pharmacy related experience.
