Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing medication counseling.
- Manage the pharmacy team, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and profitability in the pharmacy.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
- Pharmacy license in good standing.
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
