As an Insurance Eligibility Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the coverage they need. You will collaborate with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering the highest standards of healthcare.


Your Responsibilities:
1. Gather and verify patient eligibility information with insurance providers to ensure appropriate coverage for services.

2. Collaborate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to obtain necessary patient documentation to facilitate timely processing.

3. Analyze various insurance responses to extract essential information for verification purposes.

4. Secure and confirm pre-authorizations from insurance companies and communicate with them via email or phone regarding authorization statuses.

5. Maintain accurate and timely data entry into the Radiology Information System (RIS) for each patient, adhering to established protocols.

Your Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A High School Diploma or GED

- Proficient computer skills, with intermediate to advanced capabilities

- Strong multitasking abilities and effective communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate of USD $25.20

Work Schedule:
Morning shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
