Job Opportunity

Capitol Debate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Speaking and Debate Coach to join our team as a Summer Camp Senior Instructor. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and guidance to students in our summer camps.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective curriculum to students in our summer camps.
  • Guide and support students in their research, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Judge student competitions and provide feedback to students.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of camp activities and events.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and successful camp experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or coaching public speaking and debate.
  • Strong knowledge of public speaking and debate techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
