Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient office routine, responding to patient inquiries, and administering established guidelines for prioritizing work activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Administer established guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying activities as necessary.
  • Review statements, invoices, receipts, and charges, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to establish performance standards for work assignments, monitor work status and progress, and ensure goals and objectives are met.
  • Initiate and complete all relevant documentation within organizational time frames, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform duties in a prioritized, organized, and orderly manner to maximize clinic efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members and other staff to ensure a complete, appropriate, and positive experience for all clients.
  • Follow instructions and complete job duties as assigned by providers and management staff.
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration or healthcare-related field. Experience may substitute some education.
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on administrative or clinical support roles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in oral and written communications, with excellent time and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Medical terminology knowledge essential, with experience using Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and Microsoft Office.
