About the Role

The Lead Educator will be responsible for implementing our curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and partnering with parents to provide exceptional care and education. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners and their families.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives.

Job Requirements
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
