We are a rapidly growing, nationally recognized company in the food industry, seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager in Training. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our team members in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and train 2-5 team members engaged in cookie sales and customer deliveries
  • Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training
  • Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires
  • Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control, and scheduling
  • Hold staff accountable to company standards
  • Upsell and provide excellent customer service

**Requirements:**

  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
  • Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
  • Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
  • Ability to utilize MS Office, Word, and our Applicant Tracking System
  • Ability to work a 4-5 day work week and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal eligibility for employment in the United States
