Coastal Waste & Recycling, Inc. is a locally-operated and privately-owned company specializing in solid waste management and recycling services. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Commercial Tire Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

The role encompasses, but is not limited to:
Training in match mounting, dual assembly matching, and radial runout as required.

Conducting monthly audits of tire tread depth and pressure.

Inflating tires to the specified PSI based on load requirements.

Responding to roadside service requests.

Removing and replacing tires based on feedback from drivers.

Adhering to the mounted tire program.

Maintaining and cleaning service equipment.

Ensuring the service vehicle is well-maintained, including the cleanliness of on-board equipment.

Delivering exceptional service at all times.

Complying with OSHA standards and safety protocols.

Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following all safety policies and procedures.

Performing any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Executing a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, which may involve lifting both light and heavy loads, including commercial tires and wheels, as well as standing, bending, and squatting.

Qualifications:

Candidate Requirements:
Prior experience in commercial tire services is essential.

A valid driver's license is required, along with meeting commercial driver qualification standards, including being at least 18 years old.

A strong mechanical aptitude is necessary.

Availability for shifts from 3 PM to 12 AM.
