Job Title: Hospital Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Director to join our team at Northwest Texas Healthcare System. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives that align with the hospital's strategic plan
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving departmental goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare
