Position Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Closing Specialist to join our dynamic Closing Department. This role requires a technology-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our dedicated Real Estate Paralegal, Post Closer, and In-House Counsel. Attention to detail and the ability to navigate sophisticated technology are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and generate loan documentation and packages.
2. Review and negotiate title commitments.
3. Collaborate with operations and legal teams throughout the closing process.
4. Manage the check-in of signed loan packages.
5. Address various loan closing issues and provide assistance to the legal department as required.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Closing Coordinator, ideally within the real estate sector.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities and a self-motivated approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- A keen attention to detail and the capacity to meet high demands.
