Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

At RAYUS Radiology, we are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen patients before exams to ensure their safety and identify any potential contraindications
• Explain imaging procedures to patients and position them correctly for scanning
• Perform routine and advanced scanning procedures, adjusting parameters as needed to ensure high-quality images
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow safety regulations to protect patients and colleagues
Requirements:
• ARRT registration as a technologist in good standing
• Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiography
• Current CPR certification
• CT certification
Preferred:
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
