Overview:
Are you looking for a role at the forefront of technology? This position offers an opportunity to engage in the development and integration of cutting-edge photolithography semiconductor equipment.

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to provide essential support for onsite installations and process integration primarily in the semiconductor sector.

Training Opportunities:
Training may be provided in various locations for a duration of 1-3 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and independently support equipment process qualification, development, and improvement projects.
  • Play a pivotal role in establishing new wafer fabrication process technologies for semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Design and execute tests, analyze results, and present findings.
  • Work alongside experts from diverse teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of new hardware and software.
  • Identify and resolve issues in collaboration with the team.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
Note: This role involves direct customer interaction and adherence to customer policies, which may include health and safety protocols.

  • A PhD is preferred, along with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge or experience in optics, lasers, software, robotics, precision mechanics, or chemicals is essential.
  • Familiarity with the Linux operating system is advantageous for system operation and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on mechanical skills are preferred, along with experience using electronic testing tools.
  • Able to work independently on equipment and collaboratively with other engineers in challenging environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
  • Customer support experience is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible schedules is necessary.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:
This position involves continuous physical effort, including standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 25 pounds unassisted. Lifting more than 25 pounds may require assistance. Employees may need to work at a computer for extended periods and must be able to communicate effectively.

Exposure to various atmospheric conditions may occur, including dust, fumes, noise, and temperature variations within OSHA standards. Domestic and international travel may be necessary.
