Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to lead our tax advisory services team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing tax advisory services, tax compliance, and tax provision to pass-through and C-corporation entities with an emphasis on private equity and technology clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Manage a team of tax professionals to provide tax advisory services to clients
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure that clients are aware of any implications
  • Contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in tax advisory services, tax compliance, and tax provision
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop effective solutions
  • CPA license and/or advanced degree in taxation or a related field
