Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Senior Manager to join our Corporate Tax services team. As a Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for advising clients on their tax strategy, managing complex tax issues, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on tax strategy and manage complex tax issues
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities
  • Manage and mentor junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA, JD, LLM, or EA certification
  • 8 or more years of public accounting experience or equivalent in law firms or industry
  • Experience with C-Corps and tax planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience preparing or reviewing accounting for income taxes in accordance with ASC 740
  • Proven record of managing multiple projects and engagement teams
  • Project management and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to generate new business and extend service opportunities
