About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our CENA/CNA Sponsorship Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the program, including managing sponsorships, tracking progress, and providing support to our colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful contribution to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the admission, transfer, and discharge process for residents
• Assist elders with daily living functions, such as dental care, feeding, bathing, dressing/undressing, nail care, hair care, and shaving
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
• Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed, including daily Range of Motion Exercises
• Record data as instructed and answer resident calls promptly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Must pass CENA sponsorship program requirements
• Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred
• Must possess superior customer service skills and professionalism
• Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to ongoing change and work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
