We are looking for per diem professionals (new graduates are welcome) who are interested in being on-call (from home or in the hospital's on-call room) for one weekend each month, totaling 48 hours, with additional flexibility for weekday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
+ Collaborate with healthcare team members through a Shared Governance model, focusing on evidence-based practices within a supportive environment for patients and their families.
+ Uphold and embody the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence) in all aspects of your role.
+ Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care.
+ Implement principles of infection control and possess knowledge of surgical anatomy, physiology, and operative techniques.
Qualifications:
+ Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
+ Hold a valid New Jersey Nursing License.
+ BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
+ Completion of an accredited RNFA program is mandatory; CNOR certification is preferred.
+ Strong communication and computer skills are essential.
