Job Description:

Sales and Service:

  • Develop personalized sales strategies aligned with company priorities and values
  • Stay informed about market trends and consumer behavior
  • Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and product knowledge
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business performance
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create positive shopping experiences
  • Utilize sales techniques to drive business growth and customer loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor activity and apply knowledge to enhance sales

Workplace and Environment:

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment among colleagues and customers
  • Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and adaptability in all tasks and responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional image and represent the brand at all times
  • Effectively handle customer issues and promote a positive team-oriented selling environment

Operations:

  • Ensure that all store operations meet company standards and expectations
  • Utilize technology to enhance clienteling and sales efforts
  • Maintain visual merchandising and inventory management to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Handle customer transactions and shipping processes efficiently

Requirements:

Experience: Previous retail sales experience is preferred, with a focus on luxury brands

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree preferred

Technical: Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems are essential

Physical: Ability to communicate effectively, provide customer service, and handle inventory with ease
