Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Bellman to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Assist guests with luggage, providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
  • Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm for the area.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, providing a helping hand when needed.
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as required, demonstrating your ability to think on your feet.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and guests, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier items.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
