Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Bellman to join our team at W Hotels. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, providing clear directions and information about property amenities and services.
  • Inform guests of local areas of interest and activities, and assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage.
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed, recording advance transportation requests as required.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
