Work Schedule: Availability for night and weekend shifts is essential as this is a 24/7 operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to prevent criminal activities and safeguard client property.
  • Manage and monitor access to restricted zones.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
  • Document incidents and activities through detailed reporting.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Execute additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Valid Ohio OPOTA certification and Armed Guard Card are mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in armed security is necessary.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Company-sponsored training in Pittsburgh, PA is a requirement.

Physical Demands:
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to navigate stairs and move throughout the facility.
  • Good vision and hearing are necessary.
