Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Manager to join our team at ITAC. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and administering a new and effective EHS program for our manufacturing and fabrication operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to develop and implement effective safety and health practices.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees on EHS-related topics.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain EHS metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • OSHA 30 Hour General Industry certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing EHS programs in industrial, process, manufacturing or similar organizations.
  • Coursework or training in EHS subjects and/or college level courses.
  • Bachelor's Degree in EHS or relevant field from an accredited institution preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA 500/501 Certification - Outreach trainer.
  • OSHA level courses related to general industry and industrial hygiene subjects.
  • Forklift and Overhead Crane certifications.
  • Machine Guarding Courses.
  • Hazardous Materials handling and Storage credentials.
  • Environmental and Industrial Waste Management.
  • Fire Prevention and Suppression related courses.
  • CSP - Certified Safety Professional.
