Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems Analysis Engineer to lead and participate in one of our SEIT Agile Development Teams working in a collaborative, iterative development environment supporting one of our premier classified programs on the Aurora, CO Campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance analyses, risk analyses, and trade studies to ensure products integrate with the ground segment.
  • Support ground system development activities as well as the definition of operations concepts and procedure planning and development.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 8+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Active Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance is required prior to start date and ability to obtain Special Access. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Experience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment, participating or leading highly integrated team working closely with software, integration and verification teams developing and maintaining requirements, algorithm description documents and user manuals.
  • Experience in Model-based System Engineering including operations concept development, system and product design, requirements management, technical risk management, interface definition and control.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors as well as ability to identify, manage and mitigate technical risks.
  • Experience working projects, and/or programs consisting of ground-related SE, SW development, and IV&V functions.
  • Experience with application lifecycle management tools/platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Cameo EA or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Systems Engineering experience on a large government software development contract.
  • Experience in systems engineering process development and deployment.
  • Experience leading a diverse Engineering team, working in a multi-discipline environment.
