Federal Reserve Financial Services Product Owner

As a Product Owner for Federal Reserve Financial Services, you will play a critical role in shaping the vision and strategy for our product suite. You will work closely with our technology solution delivery teams to translate business wants and needs into a prioritized set of requirements. This will involve conducting business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align with our robust information technology roadmap.
You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the team's backlog, leading your Agile team in delivering most important customer/stakeholder outcomes, and preparing functional, system, and program specifications. Additionally, you will participate in system initiatives and/or workgroups, and assist in the implementation of systems.
We are seeking a leader with experience operating in complex organizations and delivering well-supported solutions. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to bridge the business/IT divide, possess a strong understanding of business requirement development and analysis, and be an effective problem solver with the ability to identify challenges, brainstorm ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
This is a dynamic hybrid workplace environment that requires at least 2 days a week in the office. As a Federal Reserve System National Business Line, it is standard practice to post FRFS positions in all twelve Districts to provide transparency and equitable opportunities for all FRS employees to apply.
Internal candidate(s) selected for this position will remain employed by their current employing District and serve as an employee of FRFS. The selected candidate's new job title and associated pay range will be determined by the employing District and will continue to be subject to the employing District's people policies and practices.
