Job Title: Composite Technician

Benelux Tek Group Inc. (Aerospace Division) is seeking a skilled Composite Technician to join its team in Marana/Tuscon, Arizona, US. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing specialized repairs of aircraft composite material structural members.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and apply technical data to fabricate plastic aircraft parts, accessories, and trim.
  • Cut and assemble materials in kits for laminating.
  • Apply parting agents and impregnate cloth with resins.
  • Assemble and press layers of impregnated cloth or prepreg onto molds or fixtures.
  • Trim, drill, deburr, grind, sand, and finish cured parts to specifications.
  • Assemble cured parts into assemblies or subassemblies.
  • Perform cold/hot metal bonding and apply adhesives for bonding in autoclaves.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post-secondary education or training in composites or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience required.
  • Three to five years of composite or structures work experience preferred.
  • A License preferred.
  • Current valid Arizona driver's license with clear driving record for past three years required.
