Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Risk Culture: Establish and maintain a risk-aware culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees understand the importance of risk management and compliance.
  2. Communication and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on risk management and compliance best practices, and serve as a central point of contact for risk-related information.
  3. Adherence to Risk Frameworks, Policies, and Standards: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement risk management and compliance frameworks, policies, and standards, and ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to these guidelines.
  4. Continuous Monitoring: Continuously monitor and assess the organization's risk profile, identifying and mitigating potential risks and ensuring that all controls are effective in managing risk.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  2. Work Experience: 10-12 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, auditing, or a related field.
  3. Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive results and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires frequent minimal physical effort, including sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional moving and lifting of equipment and furniture may be required.
