Your Role as a Financial Analyst:
In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis team. We are looking for a talented financial analyst to join our dynamic team and enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Financial Data Management and Analysis:**
- Utilize your strong technical skills, particularly in Excel, to manage and enhance financial reporting processes.
- Work with our key software tools, including Tableau for reporting, Workday for data extraction, and Adaptive for budgeting.
- Present your analyses creatively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders, ensuring clarity and comprehension.

2. **Ad Hoc Reporting and Insights:**
- Leverage our extensive data resources to provide actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and the ability to communicate complex findings in an understandable manner.

3. **Effective Communication:**
- Share your insights and analyses beyond your immediate team to maximize the impact of your work.
- Develop your skills in presenting your findings and recommendations effectively.

4. **Additional Responsibilities:**
- Be prepared to take on various tasks as needed, contributing to a vibrant and engaging work environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, accounting, or auditing.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Tableau, Workday, and Adaptive is preferred.
