POSITION SUMMARY

This pivotal role in finance will support the expansive operations of Renewal by Andersen, a dynamic retail business within Andersen. You will engage in multi-site manufacturing processes, enhancing the production efficiency of our premium windows and doors. A significant aspect of your role will involve leading the Baan IV modernization initiative, ensuring our financial frameworks are current and optimized. Your duties will encompass product margin evaluations and identifying avenues for growth and cost efficiencies. As we expand, you will have opportunities to assume leadership roles, collaborating with like-minded professionals who share your enthusiasm for impactful work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee period-end closing activities for operations
  • Manage financial planning for operations
  • Lead FP&A delivery for the Baan IV Modernization project
  • Conduct complex cost allocation calculations and system applications
  • Analyze common overhead costs and their allocations
  • Plan product margins and perform intricate analyses
  • Monitor the order-to-invoice ecosystem
  • Support business case development

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Master's degree or equivalent; CPA or CMA preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Advanced knowledge of financial and business principles
