Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control program to address issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of materials, workmanship, and processes to verify compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure that all construction activities adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and standards.
- Manage and oversee quality control efforts, including subcontractor management and issue resolution.
- Generate comprehensive quality control reports, including progress updates, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in construction quality control, with a focus on public projects.
- Strong analytic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices within the construction industry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
