Position Summary:
As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will act as a reliable advisor throughout the home buying journey, assisting clients in navigating what can often be perceived as a daunting process. You will be trained in the Starlight Sales methodology while showcasing exceptional customer service skills. This role offers the chance to contribute to a team that is committed to fostering a strong foundation of values and culture, with aspirations to elevate the company to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales process while providing exceptional customer service aligned with Starlight Homes training.
- Craft, rehearse, and deliver compelling sales presentations in line with company standards.
- Engage with potential clients, follow up with interested parties, and schedule appointments.
- Transition leads into prospective buyers and maintain consistent communication with clients under contract.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with real estate professionals through networking and office visits.
- Stay informed about community insights and trends, including educational institutions, utilities, tax information, and local amenities to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Possession of a valid and active Driver's License.
- A Real Estate License is required; Starlight Homes is willing to assist candidates in obtaining one through a reimbursement policy.
- Availability to work weekends, with days off during the week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn new software.
