Client Engagement Specialist

- Initial Contact: Identify and categorize the client's inquiry type, including general information, technical support, scheduling, billing, educational support, or tax client assistance.
- Categorizing Inquiries: Assess and categorize inquiries into areas such as general information, technical support, scheduling, account/billing, educational support, or tax client assistance.
- Providing Solutions: Offer prompt and accurate responses based on the inquiry type, assist clients with scheduling consultations or meetings, address account updates, billing inquiries, and technical issues, and provide upsell opportunities when applicable.
- Proactive Client Engagement: Schedule check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and offer additional services, follow up on unresolved issues, and track escalated cases until resolution.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track performance metrics, including response times, client satisfaction scores, and retention rates.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior Experience: Prior customer service or client support experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and client portals is a plus.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
