Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also assisting in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
