About the Position
The Customer Service Manager will oversee the customer service center, ensuring efficient and effective support to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Key Duties
This position involves:
• Managing customer service staff and scheduling
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests
• Providing training and guidance to customer service representatives
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Maintaining accurate records and reports

Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of recent experience managing a customer service center. A TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a Full Scope Poly clearance are also required. US citizenship is necessary for this role.
