On-Demand Group is looking for a Technical Delivery Coordinator to manage the integration of web applications with ERP or Order Management systems, utilizing tools such as Informatica or MuleSoft. This role is crucial in overseeing the complete software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment, while adhering to established software development protocols and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead System Integration projects, ensuring effective integration of web applications with ERP or Order Management systems using middleware tools like Informatica or MuleSoft.
  • Contribute throughout the software development phases, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Engage in constructive discussions with business teams, Business System Analysts, Developers, and testers to maximize value delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as requirement prioritization, Sprint/Release planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps or Jira for tracking user stories, development tasks, testing, and maintaining current dashboards for the Sprint.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring timely decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to software development processes, including requirement reviews, design reviews, code reviews, and documentation.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on team progress.
  • Foster strong relationships between the Product team and business stakeholders, navigating organizational dynamics effectively.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills while being a collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, manage matrixed teams, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders.
