About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN to fill the position of Pediatric Nursing Manager at Seattle Children's. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse leader to contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care, while advancing our organization's mission to provide hope, care, and cures to children in need.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ambulatory care units, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $126,805.00 - $190,207.00 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b) retirement plan, life insurance, and paid time off.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Must have a minimum of two years of nursing experience
  • Must have a minimum of two years of leadership experience
  • Must be able to lead and develop a high-performing team of nurses and support staff
  • Must be able to drive process improvements and quality initiatives
