Nursing Leadership Opportunity at Seattle Children's

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Manager for Pediatric Ambulatory Services. This role will provide leadership and support to our clinical operations, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients and families.

About the Role:
As a Nursing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the medical clinic operations, supervising staff, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Clinic Chiefs and Directors, and other managers/supervisors on the Ambulatory Services leadership team to achieve our goals.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (with leadership experience preferred)
* Current Washington State RN license
* National certification in a clinical specialty area (within 3 years of employment)
* BLS for Healthcare Providers certification

Seattle Children's offers a competitive salary range of $126,805.00 - $190,207.00 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
