Job Title: Phlebotomist II

A high-volume position is available for a skilled Phlebotomist II to join our team at Spectraforce Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect high-quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing while adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and create a positive experience for patients and their families.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient laboratory operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, with a minimum of two years in a Patient Service Center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
