Key Responsibilities:
  • Load delivery trucks to meet delivery schedules and secure products from damage.
  • Operate forklifts in a safe manner and assist in receiving and putting away replenishment stock.
  • Deliver orders in a safe and undamaged manner in 26' company trucks that meet customer needs and schedules.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers via face-to-face interaction, phone, email, or other means to provide best-in-class service.
  • Work closely with inside and outside sales teams, customer service, and other vital departments.
  • Receive returned products from customers, inspecting for damage, checking packing slips for product accuracy, and securing returns to ensure safe and undamaged return.
  • Perform daily truck lists and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent combined education and experience.
  • Experience driving a 26' box truck.
  • Ability to pass a driving test.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating environments, including email and Microsoft Office software.
  • Positive interpersonal skills and ability to work with other team members.
  • Professional and polite communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or large-volume distribution centers.
