Code Ninjas - Center Manager Position - (Canton, Michigan area)

Code Ninjas (Canton, MI) is seeking a Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kids coding center. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged individual who exercises traditional excellence in customer service, business operations, customer sales growth, satisfaction & retention, and team management.

Who are we?

Code Ninjas is the nation's fastest-growing kids coding franchise. In our center, kids ages 5-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way – by playing and building video games they love. Kids have a blast and can't wait to come back Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt.

Responsibilities

• Oversee & Manage front desk daily operations of the center.

• Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and signup new customers.

• Answering inquires from potential customers.

• Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center and open, prep, and close facility.

• Engage with children and families in the center.

• Perform administrative tasks related to employees and prospective customers alike.

• Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.

• Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.

• Problem solver and ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics.

• Maintain positive team culture for senseis, students, and parents alike

• Report weekly to the executive team on progress and conduct administrative responsibilities

Qualifications

• Knowledge & Experience in business operations, sales, and administrative operations.

• Proven work history with children ages 5 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids.

• Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment.

• Flexible schedule and Positive, professional attitude and ability to adapt

• Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Deadline and detail-oriented. We can't miss dates or overlook customers.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Willingness to learn new technologies for management & administration

• Experience in a school setting with school-age children a plus

• Knowledge and understanding of the classical curriculum a plus
