About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Open Source Partnership Specialist to join our Dell alliances organization. As a key team member, you will work closely with Dell and Canonical teams to enable Dell teams, generate and transact opportunities, drive a Canonical agenda within Dell, and achieve targeted results.

Job Description

This role entails:

  • Building strategic relationships and enabling Dell teams on the partnership
  • Building pipeline and transacting opportunities through Dell
  • Growing Dell's awareness of open source capabilities on Canonical Ubuntu
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Enabling Dell teams on the partnership by building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
  2. Generating and transacting opportunities through Dell by leveraging their sales channels and partnerships
  3. Demonstrating a deep understanding of the Linux and cloud software ecosystem to grow Dell's awareness of open source capabilities on Canonical Ubuntu
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles
  • A proven track record of driving business growth through partnerships and strategic relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with Dell teams and stakeholders
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
