Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Overview

HarmonyCares is a leading provider of home-based primary care services, with a mission to bring personalized, quality-based healthcare to patients who have difficulty accessing care. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of world-class Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized Salesforce solutions to meet the evolving needs of our CRM, engagement, care management, and scheduling requirements.
  • Analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to translate technical information into layman's terms.
  • Design, code, and implement applications within the Salesforce platform that align with business needs and priorities.
  • Test and monitor the stability and functionality of the application, including troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
  • Write documents and provide technical training for Salesforce staff.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the application software.
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test cases for all custom development.
  • Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • Five - Seven years of experience working with Salesforce.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
  • Previous work experience with Salesforce application and software development.
  • Experience developing customer-facing interfaces and designing scalable, best practice solutions.
  • Experience in change management and governance.
  • Experience writing technical documentation.
  • Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, VisualForce, and Omnistudio.
  • Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active in the Salesforce community.
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer and other Salesforce certifications.
