Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
  • Inspect properties to identify and address any safety or cleanliness issues.
  • Collaborate with outside contractors as needed to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
  • Experience with painting and repairs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
