Mid-Level Software Test Engineer

At ManTech International, we're committed to protecting our national security while driving innovation and growth. As a motivated and customer-focused Mid-Level Software Test Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive software test plans to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
  • Create test plans with test cases based on user stories, leveraging your expertise in manual and automated testing.
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools and techniques to generate data, implement test cases, and document results, communicating defects to the Agile team.
  • Independently execute test scripts to ensure high-quality software is delivered to production.
  • Write and maintain test scripts, ensuring they're up-to-date and aligned with evolving requirements.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and documentation to gain a deep understanding of programs and processes to be certified.
  • Create and modify test scripts to certify system changes, ensuring seamless integration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years' experience as a software tester, utilizing manual testing and automation testing, including automation tools.
  • Knowledge of coding with automated testing frameworks, tools, and services.
  • Experience applying QA methodology in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams across organizations to present and communicate analytical findings on an independent basis.
  • BS Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Software Quality Assurance experience with TMIP-J applications.
  • SAFe certifications such as SAFe for Teams, SAFe DevOps, SAFe Agile Software Engineering, Leading SAFe.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Compensation and Benefits:

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,800-$185,500.
