We are seeking a Senior Agile Engineering Manager to play a pivotal role in the Product Management Office (PMO) for Operational Medicine Information Systems - Army (OMIS-A). In this position, you will be instrumental in the development, testing, integration, and deployment of advanced medical software solutions for operational medical teams globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead production and systems engineering initiatives utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Ensure compatibility across software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Design and execute processes for automated software updates.
  • Oversee configuration management efforts.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
  • Facilitate post-deployment system support and help desk operations.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare IT program and project management.
  • Experience working within government healthcare settings.
  • Proficient in Agile and DevSecOps development and integration practices.
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing DoD/Army testing for medical software applications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Army's ten medical functions.
